Dr. Elizabeth Talbot has over 20 years of direct practice experience in Child Welfare and twenty years teaching in social work programs. She has held the chair position in two universities, and has written three new accredited MSW programs. Since earning her Ph.D. in social work, Dr. Talbot has been involved in the study of human trafficking prevention and restoration of survivors.
