About
Dr. D’Amato is an Assistant Professor in the Department Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and is the Medical Director for Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright State Physicians.
Dr. D’Amato has been a full-time faculty member at Wright State University since 2012. Her research interests include contraceptives, adolescent gynecology, endometriosis, menopause, bio-identical hormone replacement and osteopathic manipulation related to obstetrics.
Dr. D’Amato has served as the Principal Investigator on an industry sponsored clinical trial of the long-term safety of tubal ligation and the Essure sterilization device. She has also served as a Sub-Investigator on an industry sponsored clinical trial for preterm labor.
