A Laboratory Imaging System at 600 GHz

Abstract

This paper presents the early effort to develop a non-coherent THz radar imaging system operating from 580 to 620 GHz using readily available components. The effort is a baseline for developing a coherent system. The frequency and angular responses are presented along with initial imaging.
