Abstract
A 3-year-old boy with a history of autism,polydactyly,and micrognathiawas evaluated for snoring, witnessedapneas, and nasal airway obstruction. His medica l historyincludedprematurebirthat 32 weeks' gestation and neo-natal stridor and hydronephrosis, both of which resolvedspontaneously.Therewas no recurrence of the stridor, andno cough or aspiration was reported.
