Abstract

We echo our previous message that Klinefelter syndrome should be considered in any boy with antisocial behavior including fire setting and aggression toward others. The antisocial behavior often improves with testosterone therapy. This is the second case that we have received from the readers of Pediatrics , and we would like to know whether others have seen such individuals.
