Abstract

Every quality practitioner needs to be able to manage project quality effectively. Achieving this goal requires taking a close look at the starting and ending points of a project. At the initiation stage, focusing on identification, alignment, selection, and chartered commitment to the selected project is critical. For the project quality closure stage, formalizing acceptance of the project and bringing it to an orderly end are the necessary factors.
