Abstract

Although progress has been made to reduce unintended pregnancies (UIP) in the United States, rates remain relatively high. Previous studies have shown that women in minority groups are less likely to use contraception. We assessed knowledge and attitudes associated with pre-conception and postpartum contraception use in UIP in an urban based setting.
