Abstract
The article discusses the importance of outreach programs among collectors and archivists. It mentions the hurdles of being a collector as his collection is often kept and that the challenge is in raising awareness. It adds that outreach is a tool where collectors and archivists can promote, protect and connect the community to one's collection and archive.
