Abstract

Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) are required by the Pediatric Review Committee. This form of self-directed learning is relatively new to residents, as well as program directors and faculty. There is a paucity of information on resident attitudes regarding ILPs and the perceived effectiveness of this exercise in residency training.
