Abstract
Karen Barlow and Robert Minns (Nov 4, p 1571) 1 report the incidence of non-accidental head injury (NAHI) in young children. I have several questions and issues related to their findings.
In unexplained injury of infants it is important to know the circumstances of the alleged abuse: do the alleged perpetrators deny wrong doing? Was there an uncoerced confession? Was the abuse witnessed?
