Abstract

We show that the complete list of regular excluded minors for the class of signed-graphic matroids is M *( G ₁ ),..., M *( G ₂₉ ), R ₁₅ , R ₁₆ . Here G ₁ ,..., G ₂₉ are the vertically 2-connected excluded minors for the class of projective-planar graphs and R ₁₅ and R ₁₆ are two regular matroids that we will define in the article.
